About the Inspection ProcessInspection duration will vary based on the overall condition of the home and the number of additional tests you might have requested (mold, thermal, radon, sewer scope), but the average inspection will take approximately 3 hours. We encourage you to attend the entire inspection which is a good time to ask questions about your home and see any potential issues first hand.
